Reachout Wireless, the fastest growing provider of free government cell phones, offers service in Maryland. Eligible applicants will receive a free cell phone (no fees charged what so ever) and 64 free local and long distance cell phone minutes every month. In order to qualify for Reachout Wireless service in Maryland, you must be a participant of one of the following public assistance programs:
